  2. Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • It should be in its original packaging, and all accompanying materials must be included.
    • The item can be refunded if product is delivered damaged or not perceived matching Precision Zone Quality Screening

  3. Refunds Process:

    • If refund is applicable, the user will be provided a shipping label free of charge to return the product.
    • After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to verify its condition.
    • We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.

  4. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

    • Check your bank account, as it may take up to 5 days for the refund to be reflected.

  5. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale, factory seconds, or clearance items cannot be refunded.
