Long story short, I needed a custom shell holder nut for my bullet corp press and those guys went out of their way to get me going.

i ordered their mandrel kit and a 257 mandrel. The separate mandrel was wrapped on pakonf and I threw it in the garbage so I believed I had not received it. within 15 minutes of sending an email thinking I did not receive it, Sharif called me and let me know where it was so I could find it. outstanding service.
